Andy did a great job with my home inspection. I was so impressed with how thorough he was and his attention to detail. I also appreciated that he used technology, like heat cameras and drones, to access information in the house and on the roof. The home report is detailed but easy to understand. Overall, a really great experience. Highly recommend!

Andy did a wonderful job with our first home inspection! He was quick to respond, fit us into his schedule the same week and was on time.This was our first time going through this process and he made sure to explain everything clearly to us which put us at ease. We received our report the next day, and it was so thorough. I was shocked he was able to get it to us so quickly. Responsive, personable, and professional! Andy inspected two properties for me in my home search and it was always easy to reach out. I would often get responses even later in the evening which put my anxious heart at ease when inspection schedules can be tight. Andy was recommended by my real estate agent. What a find! Andy inspected the property the next day. Upon finishing, he called me to go over his findings. I received his written report the next morning. Very detailed and easy to read. I never found any home inspections in the past really worthwhile. Andy was fantastic, I can’t say enough about him as a home inspector. He was very thorough, explained things very clearly, and we received our report promptly. We are lucky enough to have a construction worker in the family, and he and Andy brainstormed fixes for all the minor issues found. We feel so much peace of mind moving into our new home after Andy’s inspection/recommendations.
